In 2021 I made my first trip to the Bugaboos to camp solo for a couple days and explore the area. I admired the climbers I met and all their stories so much that I knew my new life purpose was to become one of them. I spent the following year diving headfirst into climbing and mountaineering, finding that I had a natural ease with both. The photo on the left is from 2022, when I returned as a climber myself, not only climbing a bit but leading some respectable grades, and guiding most of my trip through glacier travel and other mountain terrain. This journey definitely encapsulates every accomplishment I am most proud of. I aspire to a long future of beautiful moments in the mountains, learning, growing, and enjoying quality time with quality friends.
